A slight gain, not as much as I expected considering I wasn’t particularly good on any front yesterday.  I ate more than I should have, I didn’t drink as much water as I should have, and I only got in an hour’s worth of walking.   However, as I think I said, there is more going on here than diet and exercise, so that’s probably influencing things this week.
