Wow. 5-6 pounds overall. I assume that during a normal week, I regain a pound or two over the two Up Days in a row that weekends normally involve, so that sounds about right.

Gotta admit.. seeing my weight come up as 213 was kind of fun.  It’s telling me I only have 15.4 pounds to lose now. 😉 Nice.

    As you collect a little more daily data, you’ll see up/down throughout, but also be able to see a line through the whole thing that is trending down. 🙂

    Yeah…This week is unusual in a number of ways, but I think in general it’s sort of a bunny hop thing. Forward, back, forward, back, forward, back, back back.
