Weight Check, Week 4.5

Heh.

Starting Weight Overall:  241 (Wii Fit), 245 (Bathroom Scale)

Last week: ????? (Wii Fit), 189.4 (Bathroom Scale)

This week: 185.4 (Wii Fit), 186.4 (Bathroom Scale)

Did NOT expect that.  That’s a three-pound loss!  

Okay, credit here goes to ADF and walking.  I ate CRAP this week.  And I do mean CRAP.  Onion petals, ice cream and cake (Noah’s birthday), chips and stuff at the lake, Cadbury Chocolate Speckled Eggs (the only chocolate I really like), lots and lots of eggs.   I skipped walking entirely one night, never really made up for it.  I didn’t deserve to lose weight at all, much less three whole pounds.

So.. anyone still want to know whether this ADF stuff works?  It does.  Clearly.

    Calories in must be less than calories out. Period. However you trick your mind into getting there. 🙂

    I know! At this rate I’ll be there by mid-April! 🙂

    I just can’t believe how much I get away with on this diet. I mean, I assume I couldn’t eat like that every week, and I know the walking is a big part of it. Mom and Andy both report that they plateau around 20 pounds or so since they’re just doing the diet and that’s it. But my walking is so …non-aerobic. But I guess it’s the time I’m spending doing it, too.

    Not that I’m complaining. It’s more that I’m just impressed with how easy it’s been,
