ADF Day 2: Working for the Weekend…

This morning’s weigh-in was much more promising:  193.0.   That seems like a steep drop, especially given the luncheon yesterday.  I did eat, and even probably ate more than I had to to be socially acceptable there, but I was good and recorded it.  I also made a point of not eating anything ELSE yesterday, so that worked out okay in the end.

ADF Day 14: Two Weeks Down…

And today the scale again confirmed 198.0.

And let me just say: that’s a zero-pound gain after an evening spent eating Chinese food and popsicles.  ADF is a good thing.

ADF Day 11: Bein’ Social…

This really has been a weekend for Being Social.

Oh, and this morning’s weight was 197.8.  Shocking, considering we had a Trivia Night last night, which meant spending several hours at a table heaped with snacky foods.  But I was smart and kept the veggie tray and hummus around me, so I don’t think I was ridiculously bad.

ADF Day 10: When Days are Our Oysters Or Maybe Not

197.6!  WOW!  And today is Saturday, a day rich with possibilities, dripping with potential.  Moreover, the weather is unbelievably beautiful for January, touching 65+ degrees!  Oh, the things we could accomplish today!

ADF Day 8: Bleah!

Well, today’s weigh-in had me at 199.8.  That’s a full 5-pound loss, if we’re ignoring the fact that it’s post-down-day and probably not entirely reliable.  If I stay there tomorrow, I’ll celebrate for real. 🙂

ADF Day 8: Success!

Today’s weight: 201.8 again.  Which is good, as this is the beginning of Week 2, and I had hoped to lose about 3 pounds per week.  201.8 puts me at 3.2 pounds over last week, and since that weight is post-up-day (and I wasn’t particularly careful about what I ate last night), I’m assuming there’s nothing about that weight to suspect. 🙂
